So far, we have made five ales: LJOS KOS (Blonde ale), EI BLEIK EI (Pale ale), TRAA (Voss Blonde ale), KVIT ØL (Wheat beer) and SLALOMPORTER (Porter).

Ljos kos
Ljos kos
LJOS KOS is a refreshing and fruity blonde ale, American style. It has a hint of citrus and grapefruit, and some sweetness from the malt. Easy to like, LJOS KOS is a nice companion to fish, seafood, or white meat dishes – as well as being an excellent thirst quencher.
LJOS KOS ale is – naturally – unfiltered and unpasteurised, and best enjoyed at 5-8 °C.
Ingredients: Genuine spring water from Voss, malted barley, hops and yeast.
Available as a 330 ml bottle – 4,7% vol

Ei bleik ei
EI BLEIK EI is a refreshing and fruity ale with a hint of citrus and grapefruit. We have used generous amounts of citrus and grape fruit, like they do “over there”. EI BLEIK EI adds to the weekend experience and any occasion during the week when meat dishes, pizza and other good food is served.
EI BLEIK EI ale is – naturally – unfiltered and unpasteurised, and best enjoyed at 6-8°C.

Traa
TRAA is a blonde, refreshing ale. No single taste is too prominent here, it is the entirety that brings a smile to your face. TRAA is the sporty one for all occasions, indoors and out.
TRAA ale is – naturally – unfiltered and unpasteurised, and best enjoyed at 4-6°C.

Kvit øl
Kvit øl
KVIT ØL is a wheat beer brewed with Belgian yeast and flavoured with orange peel and coriander. This adds an exotic hint to this beer, which you will appreciate whether you enjoy it as a thirst quencher or with fish, seafood or a fruit-based dessert.
KVIT ØL is – naturally – unfiltered and unpasteurised, and best enjoyed at 5-7 °C.
Ingredients: Genuine spring water from Voss, malted barley, malted wheat, hops, yeast, orange peel and coriander.

Slalomporter
SLALOMPORTER is a black ale with a taste of roasted malt and coffee. Its malty sweet richness makes it an ale for those cosy occasions, by itself or as a companion to cheese, chocolate or vanilla ice cream.
SLALOMPORTER is – naturally – unfiltered and unpasteurised, and best enjoyed at 7-9°C.

Our beer is brewed by local handcraft beer enthusiasts, eager to build on the rich food and drink traditions of the Voss region. Our ambition is to make quality beer available for both enthusiasts and the average consumer, in Norway and internationally.
L/L Voss Fellesbryggeri installed and started volume production in our brand new brewery in a former bakery in 2016. The beers are available throughout Norway at retail outlets of the Norgesgruppen food retail group.
